At present, in order to make better use of marine resources to understand theEarth’s development by ocean, you need to have an effective marine environmentaldata for a long time. The voice of the establishment of a global ocean observingnetwork become louder and louder, Many states recognize that they have started tobuild the marine observation networks, marine monitoring technology in China hasjust started, progress has been slow, the major constraint was the absence of suitablesensors platform. Development of multi-function of deep-sea sensors equipped withhardware platform for rapid creation of seafloor observation networks to enhanceChinese seabed resource development technology has a very important significance.This article use ATMEL’s AT91SAM9263and microcontroller AT89S52forcontrol core, use CAN bus communications group network, integrated powermonitoring system, embedded control system, and SCM control system and theperipheral circuit, achieved on carrying any marine sensor, and through platformcontrol marine sensor real-time dynamic monitoring the ocean environment; secondthe platform can also carrying domestic, and abroad production of marine detectioninstrument for data acquisition in laboratory simulation environment, And based onthe collected data, you can compare the performance of domestic ocean instruments.This paper is divided into five parts, Introduction briefly describes the sensorequipped with appropriate background knowledge, such as the development ofplatforms both at home and abroad. First part elaborates on composition of marinesensors equipped with hardware platforms. Hardware parts respectively describesARM embedded control system hardware circuit, and microcontroller control systemhardware circuit in detail, and briefly describes main performance indicators andcontrol instructions of some marine instrument, hardware circuit is divided intospecific module in accordance with their features, The part describes theircomposition components and gives the schematic of specific circuit; The second part build LINUX embedded system of software application platform, main steps includetransplant U-boot, transplant Linux2.6.30kernel after cropped, transplant root filesystem; The third part describes the design of the application.In order to improve thestability of sensors equipped with hardware systems, we use a double-ARMredundancy technology for application design, multithreaded programming techniqueshave also been used to improve the program’s structure and enhance the efficiency ofthe execution of the program. The fourth part verify that whether the platformequipped with ADV, methane sensors, pressure sensors can work correctly inlaboratory experiments, and give a brief analysis on the experimental results. The fifthpart summarizes the work which has been completed by this paper, and prospects theparts that can be improved.
