| With people’s life getting higher and higher, food safety has become one of the most concernedproblems for the public, especially the problem of meat food which had been reported by the mediafor many times. To eliminate these problems we must grab from aquaculture process. Traditionalfamily farming methods not only can not meet the needs of the market, but also easily createdisease problems. With the development of electronic and computer technology, a wide range ofinformation can be shared by internet. Therefore rely on advanced technology, intelligent farmingmethods has become a trend.This paper describes the design of a distributed environment monitor system for environmentafter analysis the characteristics of the environmental factors of the pig room and combined with thetechnology of CAN bus and embedded technology, such as embedded hardware, embeddedoperating system, embedded web, embedded database, cgi and computer network. Fuzzy controlalgorithm is adopted to make the system more intelligence. The whole system adopts C/Sarchitecture to realize. It uses the CAN bus as the filed bus to collect environmental parameterssuch as temperature, humidity, the content of CO2and the light intensity. People in the remote placecan access to the internet to monitor the environmental parameters of the filed. Also themanagement who was permitted can control the devices remotely.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows: first, the paper studies the effects of someenvironmental factors in the pigsty on the growth of pig and discusses on the selection of the systeminclude the selection of the sensor type, the communication type of the system and the choice of theembedded operating system and last the design of the system. Then, the paper introduces thehardware design of this system include AD conversion circuit, voltage conversion circuit,signal acquisition circuit, the hardware design of the CAN node and so on. And the software designof the system include implanting the embedded linux operating, building the boa server,programming the cgi application program, transplanting the data-base, making webpage,developing the CAN application layer protocol and programming the subprogram of initializationand receive-dispatch of the CAN nod. Last, the paper described the control algorithm of the system.Fuzzy controller is applied to the system and makes it possible that the system has suitable growingenvironment for the pigs.Practices show this scheme for monitoring the breeding environment by utilizing embeddedtechnology and can bus technology is effective. In practical applications this system not onlyimproves the environment statues of the pig room but also save a lot of running cost. So this system has a promising future in the remote monitoring of farms. |
