Man-field Medical Care Data Collection Terminal System

Along whit the improvement of standard of living, man pays more attention on health increasingly. Traditional telemedicine with wire hasn't meted the appeal of man. Mobile telemedicine that provides a way studying physiological function by checking-up physiological parameter is a hotspot of the field of telemedicine. There is no mature product at home by now, the author presented a project of the whole system, developed the data sampling terminal and reciprocal database on the basis of looking up a great many of home and external literature.The system of mobile telemedicine consists of mobile unit, CDMA and ward-center. Mobile unit include data sampling module and mobile module, ward-center include monitor console, info-manage system and LAN between them. The working process of this system is:The mobile unit which was taken with by user checked-up the physiological parameter at any time, when the parameter is exceptional, it can compress the signal and store it into the SRAM, and send the parameter to ward-center automatically. At the same time, the data that were transmitted from mobile unit to ward-center can be displayed at real time on the monitor console, DOC may watch the user's electro-case and know where he is through electro-map by LAN, and he can adopt first-aid scheme corresponsive. The RS232 interface installed on the mobile unit can be joined to monitor system directly, its main function is identity-confirming, system-tuning, data showing and so on.This paper describes the studying of data sampling terminal about the mobile telemedicine system based on CDMA detailedly. This terminal consists of five units: temperature collecting, ECG collecting, the main circuit, liquid crystal graphic display (LCD), serial communication. Another, it also includes data processing software.(1) temperature collectingThe NTC not-uniform two-direction ballasting resistance was used as sensor in this part. For gaining more accurate result, we used parallel and series resistance to compensate the no linear of the sensor at hardware and Newton interpolation method at software.
