Laiwu Steel Group Network Training System

The enterprise competition is gradually vigorous nowadays, enterprises has to provide a good training environment and condition for their employees, thus promising the employees'competence to raise the core competency of the enterprises.This thesis puts forward Laiwu Steel Group Web-Based training application model by analyzing the ISO10015 quality standards, Performance Analysis Technology, IEEE1484 Frames, Scorm etc. The model comprises training demand analysis, training design and plan , training implement, training evaluating & mending etc.The research aims at providing an instruction model for Laiwu Steel Group to carry out Web-Based training.The outstanding characteristic of this research is raising a new Web-Based training application model according to ISO10015 quality standards, Performance Analysis Technology, IEEE1484 Frames.The first part includes the research background and motive of the thesis, the present condition of network education technology research at home and abroad and present condition of the enterprise Web-Based training, then puts forward the textual research project and target.The second part includes theoretic analysis of enterprise web-based training and standard systems. The author indicates that appearance and development of web-based training is promoted by modern whole-life education theory, knowledge-management theory and all kinds of standard systems. So the new training conception is prerequisite for carrying out modern web-based training.The third part is about analysis on the contents, roles and technique condition of web-based training according to the characteristics of web-based training, knowledge-management theory and adults'study.In the fourth part the author puts forward Laiwu Steel Group WBT Application Model according to the analytical and realistic condition of its training need , analysis of IEEE1484 ,ISO10015 and Performance Analysis Technology.The fifth part summarizes and looks ahead the research.
