With the development of information technology and learning theory, e-Learning was wholly accepted all over the world as a new learning methodology. Especially in the corporation training field, e-Learning become the fastest growing part in corporation training system, which benefits from the development of "learning society" and "lifelong learning" and "human capital"Blended Learning which integrates e-Learning and offline has been imported by domestic and overseas enterprises to cover the shortage of e-Learning. all of suppliers and most big and other common corporations focus on the development of new courses to adapt to Blended Learning, a new and developing research field in China. Moreover, in order to establish a corporation online school with Shanghai Telecom, the P company need to upgrade e-Learning course system. Based on this situation and opportunity, I Commit to design a systematic practice of e-Learning Course Development Mode to improve the e-Learning training effectiveness and even help managers to become trainers.The methods of literature review, interviews and empirical study have been used in this thesis. The main contents of the thesis are included as follows:(1) Analyse relevant theory and explore their application:a brief introduction of e-Learning and adult learning theory, blended learning theory, instructional design theory.(2) Based on the relevant theories, design a systematic and implemental model for the development of e-Learning course.(3) Supply a Learning Management System for the development of e-Learning course (LMS).
