In order to solve the problems of collection,management and utilization of all kinds of knowledge in the process of product development and production of AVIC aircraft Co.Ltd.as well as the lack of knowledge sharing and operation guidance means,this paper starts from the purpose of training and operation guidance,and deeply analyzes the needs and existing problems of knowledge management of the enterprise.Through the design of a platform based on "Park Network + Internet,desktop" The knowledge management system of "end + mobile end" realizes the collection and management of all kinds of knowledge in the process of work,and uses the enterprise knowledge for diverse and accurate knowledge training and skill operation guidance.This paper has a certain reference value for knowledge management and training management informatization of aviation manufacturing enterprises.With knowledge management and operation training guidance as the main research objectives,this paper studies key technologies such as Organizational structure of enterprise knowledge engineering and dual-network deployment,providing theoretical basis for system construction.The theoretical research is carried out from the aspects of knowledge classification system,knowledge retrieval and knowledge interactive application.The system is divided into six modules: interactive knowledge compilation,knowledge base management,self-test,online Q & A,expert management and unified retrieval.Based on the module,the detailed function design is carried out,including the specific function realization mode,page design and database design.Finally,the system test is carried out according to the module to verify the feasibility of the system and achieve the expected design purpose.At present,the system has been formally used in the company,and has achieved good application results.
