With the education information construction continuously thorough, higher vocational education to practice center made great progress, and continues to expand the scale of domestic higher vocational college, the sudden increase of the students number, the teaching mode of development, the original computer aided teaching mode has been unable to meet the demand of higher vocational education at present stage, complete functions, high levels of information of training management system development imminent.Firstly, the article analysis the status of domestic and foreign training management information system, scale and development, the main research of the domestic play in higher vocational college practice management system development direction, given the domestic vocational training information management system development and construction of the lack of system. This paper introduces the key technologies required training management system. At the same time, combined with the school’s higher vocational education planning, to determine the functional requirements of the system. The core functions of the training system is divided into six modules, information management, training equipment repair management, training and examination management, training, performance management, teachers information management and training management system. In functional analysis, according to the analysis of roles and the overall case analysis, the six modules of case analysis, six major modules of case analysis.in the use case analysis based on, system function package diagram analysis.Finally, based on the business process analysis, case analysis and package diagram analysis, the functional data analysis of the training management system is designed, and the entity class analysis and database design are given.The paper summarizes the research and analysis work training management system, and further work in the future.
