B-learning is a study way and idea, which is concerned gradually with theintrospection of E-learning and the return of the C-learning. It has merged theadvantage of the network and traditional classroom study and has remedied theshortcoming of the two;The goal of it is to make students study better, thus itimproves students' information technology accomplishment and overall qualitiesability, which reaches the purpose of teaching and studying. At present, the study of B-learning mainly concentrates on the field ofenterprise and company training, while the B-learning in school is not very much.And this text comes up with "The four centers, a service" .design model of theuniversity B-learning and have an application study to B-learning in university.Finally, we obtain the questions that should be noticed in B-learning of universitythrough the application study of B-learning model design.This thesis is divided into five parts and described together:Part one has described the development of B-learning and the purpose andmeaning of this dissertation .E-learning and C-learning each has their own advantagesand disadvantages, so both of them cannot meet the need of the development ofeducation. As a result of that the B-learning emerge as the times require. It has mergedthe advantage of both and has remedied the shortcoming of the two .It enriches thestudy of the B-learning in theory and offers the significative reference for universitycourse in practice through the application study of B-learning model design.Part two has described the definition, essential meaning, classification ofB-learning and the current situation of its study. B-learning merges the advantages ofboth E-learning and C-learning ,and it has not only give play to teacher's initiativefunction but also reflected student's subject status .It is the organic mixing of variousstudy contents , study media , learning method , study mode and environment, andincarnates the optimization transmit tactics of knowledge content most fully.B-learning is the mixing which is from abstract to concrete, from macroscopic to a lotof aspects of microcosmic .And it is also one kind of tactics and thought , that solvesteaching problem.Part three has described the model design of B-learning. B-learning is basedupon constructivism theory, Humanism theory and educational transmitting theory.This text forms the model of university B-learning through the theory analysiscombine the model design of domestic and international scholar expert toB-learning ,and comes up with "The four centers, a service" ,which is regardtraditional classroom teaching as the centre,regard network community as the centre,regard performance appraisal as the centre and regard information management as thecentre and offer the complementary service for teaching and learning .Part four has discussed the research of application of B-learning inuniversity .From the angle of instructional design combined the idea of B-learning ,weimport the course through the analysis to teaching aim;design the content of thecourse though the analysis to content of learning;design our teaching activity throughthe analysis to the learners' characteristic;attain the optimization compounding of themedia transmits;design the application of B-learning in teaching through theactualization of B-learning. At the end of the curriculum study, through questionnairesurvey of the students .understanding the students' feeling and view to the blendedlearning. In order to provide the data material for the later blended learningdevelopment;through blended learning appraisal, Carry on the comprehensiveappraisal to the blended learning study development effect.Part five has discussed the university develops the question which the blendedleaning study should pay attention. Finally, as a result of this article to the blendedlearning study model design and the applied research limitation, proposed needsfurther to discuss and the research direction.
