The Researching On The Multimedia Model Of TV Producting System Under The MOS Protocol

Nowadays the mobile-internet bussnises are expanding rapidly in China,the traditional broadcasting industry now facing the competition withinternet video and live-shows.The advantages relying on past policiesand programme brands are gradually offseted by the good performance of internet contents which have a variety of interactive modes.The focusof broadcasting industry shouldn't just stay on the outdated thinking of "propaganda mainly thought" or "manage the soci al culture".We must change our mind to take into the wishes of "sounding" which from the people are affected by the internet,and take our attitude throughdialogue between equal parties.This is the change based on times and requirement,and initiated by the internal of traditional mediaindustry.I'am honored to be the chief engineer of “Media Group Producing-Publishing Working Cloud”,which based on Standard MOS protocol.In this paper,we discuss the Confluent News Center which built up with fusion of internet thinking and traditional television production processing.We use systematic design concept of highly interactive,efficient,fully automated method to design and construct our News Center.So finally,we try to summed up the system model of a new-time Confluent News Center with Chinese media characteristics.The main point of the paperinclude:1 Analyze and propose a new broadcasting system by integrating management platform,interactive of online and offline content,program production and broadcastinglinkage mode.2 By improving the system of automatic and multi-platform publishing,making a multimedia production processes and the integration of various content,to improving the quality of programming.3 In the framework of the Standard MOS protocol,we integrated advanced production and broadcasting equipment manufacturers in China,carried out automatic controlling and effective interconnection between devices and modules.So that our Confluent News Center get high compatibility and security.The Confluent News Center mentioned in this paper,is based on Standard MOS protocol.We integrated internet multimediaapproach,summarized interactive data,and feed back in the programme production.The whole project already ha s been verified by the Confluent News Center built up.
