| Streaming media technology changed the transmission method of network multimedia data, and now it is very popular used in VoD, IPTV, Video Conferencing, network living broadcast and e-learning today. Streaming media technology has had a significant impact in people work, study, entertainment and life. The present paper aims to design and establish the integrated service platform of multiform streaming media applications, which is based on compus network. Accordingly, the following tasks were completed:The paper begins with an introduction of the related knowledge of streaming media, including its definitions, origins, status;file format, streaming transport, the related network protocols, and Qos.In the second, after analyzed the practical demand of streaming media in campus, and analyzed the structure of campus network, we designed the integrated service platform of multiform streaming media applications, and this platform includes: VoD, IPTV, living broadcast system for video conferencing, living broadcast system for campus events, living broadcast system for campus online teaching, the digital programs release platform for ZJU TV station, the VoD and IPTV system over IPv6 network.In the end, we try to explore the tracking methods of streaming media Qoe(quality of experience), and designed measurement model of streaming media QoeTracker system. Furthermore, we designed the evaluate model of streaming media server's performance and network's performance based on analyzing the Qoe data.The contents of this paper involves the integrate technology of streaming media application. The built streaming media integrated service platform is core of the multimedia center of ZJU. The platform used advanced streaming media technology, and its performance stability, practicability. This platform can reflects the demand of campus network users and the characteristic of ZJU campus network well, and has become a very important platform in the campus informationization. |
