Along with the computer technology, the automation technology and the network communication technology rapid development, it's required that monitoring software to the industry have the stronger function than before. Based on the data mining, the analysis, the processing, the monitoring software should apply the advanced control technology to the production process, could optimize the production, and will make the actual economic efficiency. Therefore, the design and the development advanced industry monitoring software is extremely urgent and must, In the actual process control system, the applications of the advanced software technology to be controlled process greatly enhances the control system productivity and quality. This article resolve some problems in the actual automation system with studaying COM technology, and introduce new standard OPC (OLE for Process Control) which the process control field appears and Matlab which is the Matrix software. The OPC standard is for solve the application software and communication isomerism problem between each kind of device driver, while the Matlab is for the implementation the advanced control algorithm acceleratively.On the one hand, this article studied the data accessing process between the device driver and the application program and proposed the device dynamic interconnection solution, based on the OPC Data Access standard and the OPC address spaces's property together with COM and the dynamic binding technology. It results in the data communication between monitoring application software and the device driver when the system is running. The passive problem which monitoring software relies device driver in the implementation period can be effectively solved. In this way, the device utilization is enhanced. It reduced monitoring software the maintenance cost as a result of the device replacement or trouble.On the other hand, a great many SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) softwares appearanced, these softwares enormously shortened themonitoring software development period, validly enhanced the development efficiency, but these softwares are mainly in the solution device driver integration problem, they have not supported nearly to the advanced control algorithm, they did not enable the system control quality to obtain a better enhancement. This article used the fuzzy toolbox in Matlab, designed and implemented the fuzzy adaptive PID intelligence control algorithm, sealed this algorithm with the COM technology, realized the seamless integration between the monitoring application software and the Matlab control algorithm by system integration thought and carried on the data exchange, implemented real-time control successfully separated from the Matlab restriction.In a word, the OPC technology application scope is extremely broad, and it has openness, mutual operation data exchange technology and influences hugely the development of software and hardware for the industry. With the system integration thought, the advanced algorithm development kit can implement the advanced control technology fastly and effectively. Thus it gives the automation industry to bring the new direction.
