Photoelectric detector, as the key part of photoelectric system, is more and more important along with the development of photoelectric technology. However, the photoelectric measurement system available in current market can measure only one object or item. In this thesis, we developed an integrated experiment system for photoelectric detectors characteristic measurement, which integrates many detectors and items, sharing the same optical system, mechanical structure and magnifying circuit. It can measure parameters of many photoelectric detectors, showing some superiority over conventional devices. The system can measure the parameters of photoelectric diode, photoelectric triode, photoelectric cell, photo multiplier tube (PMT) and avalanched photoelectric diode (APD).The setup of optical system and mechanical structure is based on grating monochromator. A single-chip MCU named AT89C51 is the core processor that manages data acquisition, field control, data communication, etc. PC analyzes datas and applies algorithms to give out the results of analysis in proper ways.Based on the principles of photoelectric detector and its measurement, this thesis analyses the general structure, the design of the system hardware and software. A group of results together with their accuracy analysis is presented in the end.
