Agricultural non-woven fabrics have a long service life.And at the end of each production cycle,they need to be recycled,sorted,stored and transported.In order to improve the recycling efficiency of non-woven fabrics,regular packaging of non-woven fabrics is required.The winding effect largely depends on the tension control level during the winding process.In this paper,aiming at the control of the rewinding tension of the recycled non-woven fabric,the tensile properties of the non-woven fabric and the mechanics during the winding process are studied,and the winding process is analyzed.The interlayer stress law provides theoretical support for non-woven winding control.After testing the tensile properties of the non-woven fabric,it was found that the non-destructive tensile stress of the non-woven fabric should be lower than 0.33MPa.Using elastic mechanics,a winding mechanics model was established,and the variation law of the direction stressσ_θduring the winding process was obtained.The research shows that the winding radius r、μand sσ_θ/F have an exponential function relationship.The winding tension is calculated and deduced,and it is found that the stressσ_θof any winding layer will decrease with the increase of the winding radius R.In order to achieve the regular internal stress of the coil,the initial tension of the winding should be taken at 1.2 times the end tension value,and the tension change during the winding process should be controlled by using taper control.In order to verify the winding mechanics analysis,a winding device and a control unit are designed and assembled.The winding device consists of a traction device,a winding and unwinding device and a tension detection device.The control unit of the winding device is composed of PLC,tension sensor,stepping motor,servo motor,etc.The fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is selected as the tension control method,and the tension controller with PLC as the core is designed.Use a winding device to perform a tension test to obtain nonwoven winding tension data.According to the data analysis of the relationship between the tension and the rotational speed,the linear speed difference between the traction roller and the take-up roller under the condition of non-destructive physical and mechanical properties of the non-woven fabric was determined.Simulink module is used to simulate the fuzzy PID controller and the conventional PID controller,and the control response curve is obtained.The results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control has a better control effect than the conventional PID control.The physical winding test was carried out on the built winding device.Compared with the random hand-rolled package,the edge flatness and winding tightness of the package rewinded by the non-woven winding device were improved.It provides theoretical basis and data for the subsequent recycling and utilization of agricultural non-woven fabrics,and provides a new method for realizing mechanized recycling and utilization of agricultural non-woven fabrics.
