MPLS technology has become rising technology of Internet, because it has predominance to support Qos and TE.This paper particular researches MPLS protocol points and technology predominance. And concludes that Qos and TE have oneness based on MPLS. After deeply research about Diff-serv model and RSVP, this paper suggests and realizes a scheme named "DiffServ+RSVP-TE" at the condition of high speed and multi protocols and the Terabit router provided the backdrop for this scheme. This paper designs and implements the functionality divisions. At the same time, this paper discusses the Dijkstra algorithm using Genetic Algorithm in the environment of MPLS.The main contributions and innovations of this thesis include:· Based on DifferServ and RSVP-TE, this paper designs and implements the "DifferServ+RSVP-TE" technical scheme and implement the functionality modules.· This paper designs the circular table lookup , and realizes to lookup the table at the condition of the lOGbps high speed .· Aim at TE, This paper enlarges RSVP and realizes the replant of MPLS source codes.· This paper discusses the Dijkstra algorithm using Genetic Algorithm in the environment of MPLS. And realizes the algorithm emulation.
