Based Web Device Management Information Systems Research

With the development of the information technology and the information system, it is more and more important for many enterprises to construct the enterprise database to promote its informationization and enhance its management levels.Plant management is an important component of the enterprise management, the key to enhance the enterprise management level is to consult the advanced plant management theory and enterprise management model home and abroad. At the same time, a sophisticated plant management information system is not only a concernful method to solve the question of lacking of data and imperfect information sharing in some enterprises but also an effective step to regulate the business processes.The paper takes the application of plant management information system of Xi'an Aero-Engine (Group) LTD.(abbreviated as XAE) as background. It combines with actual demand of plant management and designs plant management information system based on Web. The article includes the theory of plant management, the integration of plant management information system and the existing systems in XAE, the vital question of system development and the design and realization of system. Against the basic information scattered, isolated, lagged and closed state of plant, personnel, parts and finance in enterprise management, the thesis makes use of XML middleware technologies to integrate the data and reduce data inconsistencies.Based enterprise cost management and financial management, the project improves the plant costing calculation method and applies it to the system design to achieve accurate cost accounting. The paper regulates the encoding of plants and the spare parts. The application of the system improves plant management level of enterprises remarkably, enhances the competitiveness of enterprises effectively. The full implementation of the asset management in XAE makes a useful attempt.
