| With the economic globalization, the competition is becoming more and more fierce, and cost management has become a more and more important factor to the survival and development of enterprises. Cost covers all corners in an enterprise. cost management needs, on the one hand, appropriate method; on the other hand, it needs the support of information technology application. As to medium and small sized machinery manufacturers, their information technology is lower; also, their investment is limited. Therefore, a key problem needs to be solved is how to implement advanced cost management under such circumstance. Based on past experience, the thesis has done researched into the development of cost management information system of Jin Jiang Machinery Company.The paper first introduces the relevant theory of cost management, analyzes the characteristic of machinery manufacturers, and discusses some problems and choices of such companies. Then the paper analyses the problems existed in Jin Jiang Company, and presents the necessity and feasibility of implementation of cost management information system. Finally, the thesis explores the related analysis, design, and implementation of information system in Jin Jiang Company. The analysis part covers the target, flow chart, and requirement to the information system; the design part involves the function requirement, design of the modules, database's design, input, output, and the safety; the implementation part includes the realization of the system, the transfer of the system and also the evaluation of the system's effect. |
