Based On Ethernet Embedded Oil Moisture Detector Research And Development

Embedded system applies more and more wide for its cost-effective, high performance, low cost.This paper emphasis on the design and development of embedded measuring instrument of oil moist based on Ethernet. This system adopts the S3C44B0X of SAMSUNG Inc. extending with Flash and SDRAM constructing the core modular. The Ethernet modular of the system and other peripheral modular all have made brief introduction, and give relational principle picture.Discusses the feasibility and specific implement of porting μC/OS, a simple open source operation system, to S3C44B0X.Briefly introduce the start code that executing when the system begin and the control program of net card.In an embedded system, we adopt the model of source coeds to realize the essdential function of TCP/IP protocol. This mean takes system source fewer and runs faster. This paper introduces the realization of specific protocol on each layer, and gives related data structure with rough program process.In the measuring process, the output water content of the oil does not only depend on water content, the environmental temperature also has certain influence. In order to raise the measure precision of goal parameter, eliminate the influence of other disturbed matters quantity, rises the discriminate ability of goal parameter, after necessarily filtering the collected data, adopting multi-parameter nonlinear rectifying method based on the nerve network of L-M algorithm.At last, through Web Server realizates the remote visit. Practice proofs that effect of this handling method is good.
