Competition in the market to survive and gain a firm foothold must have sufficient cash flow up, the only way to organize the procurement of goods marketing, coordinated operation to the appropriate department. Only sales to ensure the effective flow of funds, promote the coordinated development of various departments, the establishment of information technology sales management subsystem, through information collection, storage, processing, centralized scientific data processing, decision support, and affect the entire organization through information functions, improve the efficiency of various departments. The general requirements of sales management subsystem is based on sales information management focus, fully taking into account the foreseeable changes in the sales management system with advanced, practical, real-time, integration, user interface, and can be scalable, easy maintenance, documentation, standards and so on. Customer sales order information, payment status, customer sales orders and track the status of implementation.Studied in this paper for sales management subsystem is designed in an enterprise, and strive for the characteristics of the enterprise, on-demand design and build a management process and reasonable, stable, secure ERP sales management subsystem, as enterprise marketing management and platform for decision-making tools.This paper introduces the background of sales management subsystem issues and topics, and I assume this issue in the work. According to the actual needs of an enterprise, the enterprise business processes to sort out and analyze, then the system function analysis to determine the point of the main functions of the system, customer management, credit control over, lock stock and inventory control functions were described in detail capabilities. In the system design stage, according to the conclusions of functional analysis, I will be building the system function modules, including:customer management, sales management, replenishment and management module. Functional design of te system based on the results of data, building data model that describes the database data structure design, and features some of the detailed design of the module. Finally, I work to make a conclusion and make the prospect of future work.Proved by the practice, this architecture has characteristics of simple design, easy implement, and it has provided reference for the development of other other sales management subsystem.
