The Design And Implementation Of A Police Document Approval Platform Base On Workflow Technology

For a long time，the work efficiency of the public security organization is low，andresources are wasted. Many public security organizations try to search for a reasonablemethod，and police administration informatization turns out to be a practical way.This thesis is based on document approval requirements from Fuzhou policestation，the author uses advanced software technology and the newest theory of policeinformation management to design and develop the document approval system thatautomates the document approval processes. This system can increase the efficiency ofdocument approval，save resources，and alsoreduce cost. Development of this systemhas a good effect on the police information project of Fuzhou police station.The architecture of this system is B/S，and the MVC design pattern is used toachieve loose coupling. The JavaEE framework is used to support cross-platform, andthe JBPM engine is used to implement autocontrol; Hibernate is used to support databpersistence，and the DBMS is Oracle10g. The main content of this thesis is as follows:Research on the current situation of police informatization in developed counties，in contrast to our country，and analyze the reason for difference.Description of background information related to system development，includingdocument approval and system design.Requirement analysis according to the requirement engineering theory anddocument approval status.System design according to the result of requirement analysis，including structuredesign, software structure design and database design.Depiction of the processes of detailed design, such asflow-process diagram,sequence diagram and class diagram.The author uses API of JBPM engine，JavaEE framework，Hibernate，Strutsframework to implement the system.The author depicts the process of system test，including white box test、stress test，and gives the test results and explanations.
