Multi-disciplinary Design Document Management Key Technology Research And Development

Based on the characteristics of multidisciplinary synthetical design and the requirements for document management, this paper builds the system architecture and emphatically researches three key technologies including document management, access control, workflow management.Document management technology is the system foundation and it is also the key point of document management. This paper organizes project, sub project, product, part, document, version of document, file, version of file of development process as virtual folder object for documents, and these documents' physical files are stored in file system and their structural information is stored in database system.Access control is the key technology of information safety. Based on MAC(Mandatory Access Control) and RBAC(Role Based Access Control), the paper presents a multi-subject access control model which can manage for privileges of functional operation and multi-level information. These privileges can be granted to users and roles.Flexible workflow management can markedly shorten the cycle of the product development. According to the requirements, this paper designs a relation-based lightweight workflow management system, which is based on relational database. It uses a single workflow engine to drive the product development process, and provides a visual modeling tool and a convenient workflow management tool.Finally, this paper describes the implementation of the prototype system for document management and the prototype system' primary application.
