The Research For Secure Storing Of Electronic Document In Enterprise Information Integrated Platform

With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, enterprises now depend more on the distributive information-integrated platform in the enterprise, which can improve their management and work efficiency, enhance the agility in the market. Lots of electronic documents that relate to business operation of enterprises are saved on the information-integrated platform, such as text, picture, wav and so on. Those documents contain much sensitive information of enterprises. Electronic documents will be the source of competitive power if those can be gathered and shared effectively. At the same time, the sensitive information contained in electronic documents are confronted with big secure hidden trouble, because of the lack of users' secure consciousness and the confusion of documents management.In this dissertation, various problems that electronic documents management faced are clarified by deeply analyzing the current conditions of electronic documents management. Through researching on various access control mechanisms, an authorization management approach is introduced which combine discretionary access control with role-based access control. An approach which take form of tracing the authorization relationship and the flowing direction of electronic documents in information platform is presented to manage the flowing direction of electronic documents .The encryption technology and the compression technology are employed, which can make more effective and secure network transmission. A secure and effective integrated project for electronic documents management in information platform is designed and implemented. The purpose of the project is to manage the storage, the authorization, the network transmission and the flowing direction of electronic documents.The main problems solved in this dissertation are following below:â‘  Problems of electronic documents management on information-integrated platform in enterprise are clarified by analyzing its current conditions, and then an integrated project is designed to solve those problems.â‘¡ According to the requirement of electronic documents management in enterprise, an access control mechanism which suit to the traits of electronic documents in enterprise is produced by deeply researching on various access control mechanisms.â‘¢ An approach is introduced to trace the authorization relationship and the flowingdirection of electronic documents on information platform, which can control the flowing direction of electronic documents effectively.â‘£ A prototype system is realized and testing in collaborative enterprise.The research result of this dissertation can be integrated with the whole management information system in enterprises. With the application and spreading in each enterprise, the storage of and the access to electronic documents on the information-integrated platform will be more secure, reliable and prompt.
