Build Robust Personnel E-government System And To Achieve

With the approaching of information era, governments worldwide begin to regard reforming traditional governmental administration method by information technology as an opportunity as well as a challenge. In order to further improve working efficiency, transfer service mode, improve service level and capability of serving the people, Jinan Personnel Bureau has decided to establish electronic government administration system based on B/S three-layer construction and set up "Personnel Online" platform to provide various administrative and service information, realizing online personnel management and interaction between public and personnel bureau.The thesis discusses ways of establishing electronic administration system utilizing ASP development environment under B/S construction and Internet.The system under discussion is electronic administration system for Jinan Personnel Bureau developed in the charge of the writer. The thesis is divided into five chapters. In Chapter One the significance, background of the system is introduced as well as the work the writer has done. Chapter Two describes system design target, design principle and software requirement based on the focus of service, interaction, user-friendly and practical interface. The system development environment, function framework, data structure, design, implementation and detailed major modular function are introduced in Chapter Three. Chapter Four discusses countermeasures of several key issues. The improvement of system power is also analyzed in various aspects such as user identification, page access, authorization, software test, password protection and network management. Chapter Five is the summery of advantages of the system as well as some points needs to be improved.Judging from the application in actual conditions, the system meets the requirements of demand analysis, achieves the design aim of establishing Personnel Online Platform and improves working efficiency of Personnel Bureau and capability of servicing the people. It earns appreciation from the public and personnel bureau at all levels. At present this system is listed as one of the candidates for 'Top TenWebsites in 2005" by Jinan Information Industrial Bureau.
