Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Application Of Inner Mongolia Electronic Taxation Bureau

Electronic Tax Bureau is essentially a tax website established by provincial tax authorities on the Internet.It is a multi-functional online operating system for handling various tax-related services.Belongs to the electronic government affairs in the revenue between taxpayers and form a new type of application,is widely adopted by the tax department of computer,the Internet and other modern information technology to carry out the public management innovation,using information technology to provide tax services to organizations and individuals,is highly integration of digital technology and public management across time.With the gradual popularization of "Internet + tax" and the rapid development of big data and cloud computing technology,the development direction and construction ideas of electronic tax bureau in the construction of service-oriented government have cross-era practical significance under the background of big data era.In order to accelerate the progress of tax modernization and improve the efficiency of tax collection management,it is necessary to constantly optimize the management mode of electronic tax collection and build an all-weather,all-directional,all-covering,all-process and all-connected intelligent tax ecological system based on the construction and improvement of electronic tax bureau.In this thesis,the Inner Mongolia as an example,in the context of big data,according to the basic theory of E-government,through literature analysis of the e-tax related theory,and by means of questionnaires,case analysis and other forms of on-the-spot investigation of the current situation of the Inner Mongolia,and the analysis of the reasons for the problems arising in the operation of the E-TAX Bureau,this thesis puts forward the idea of optimizing the tax management of the electronic tax bureau under the service-oriented government,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the problems.The research thinks,optimize taxation to be able to proceed from following four respects.The first is to strengthen top-level design;the second is to strengthen information management;the third is to strengthen team building;and the fourth is to provide diversified services.
