Agile Processes And Technology In The Magnetotelluric Sounding Two-dimensional Processing And Interpretation Software Application

The traditional Software Engineering which originate from the military project—Heavyweight process, is formalized time consuming, can not meet the requirement of middle-mini business application which needs to be modified often in this competitive environment. Therefore since the 90s of 20 century, proceeding with new software technology, people began to put forward many new methods which reduced the unnecessary documentation and enhanced working effect though the development with: light Lightweight process, in 2001 it was named: Agile. Meanwhile, the technical development which lead to the stem of Agile we call it Agile Technology.Agile is a new theory of software development, its application character and application of methods need further discussing and research. Well solved the various problems in Agile application, has significant meaning for the fast development of software efficiency.As a part of task is followed by a government Project—The magnetotelluric probability tomography(40074036), We complete Two Dimensional Data Processing and Interpretion Software of Magnetotelluric Sounding, In this application I studied the Agile process and its technical characters, problems and put forward some solutions and elusion methods.During this application, I finished the requirement analysis, structure design and system construction of the Two Dimensional Data Processing and Interpretion Software of Magnetotelluric Sounding - EMSoft.Via the development of EMSoft, I got the following achievement:1. Introduce the concept of Agile into the software development of magnetotelluric sounding Information Processing field. By using the fleet feedback character of Agile, I solved some problems in magnetotelluric sounding Information Processing field, such as:The professional communication with the software developer during the software development and the software production was hard to learn and use.2. In the Life cycle of software development, we entirely used Agile process, to improve to the maximum extent of software developing efficiency. During the design of software, I widely used agile technology, which provides a effective guarantee for the implementation of Agile process.3. Successfully developed a set of Two Dimensional Data Processing and Interpretion Softwere system of Magnetotelluric Sounding with features include Usability, robustness, maintainability etc. It got the exclusive award " Excellent Award" in the first "China Electromagnetic & Magnetotelluric Software recommendation Province" which is held by Chinese Geological Society &Chinese Geophysical Society on April 12^th. 2005 in Hangzhou province.4. Find out the localization of the Agile during the application and put forward the corresponding solutions.
