Reseaech On The Software Testing Process Base On Agile Method

This article focus on the research of software testing management approach base on Agile method, starting from the software testing theory and testing strategy, as well as the testing management and the traditional software testing management approach, analyze the characteristics and limitations of the software testing process in current software development model, establish the theoretical foundation for the agile testing management method. And then analyze Agile management method and process, introduced the software testing management approach and model, proposed the Agile team organization, test plans, test strategies, and the qualification of Agile testing team members, and analyzed the application of Agile testing management approach to the specific project practice, the application includes the definition and clarification of the user stories, create testability requirements and acceptance criteria for iteration, and design and implement test automation. Then, the article carry out an evaluation of the testing management model base on the practical testing result, indicate the existing and potential risks in the project. The article also summed up the characteristics of agile testing management model and traditional software testing management method to compare the similarities and differences in the various stages of specific projects to evaluate the effectiveness of agile testing management approach. Finally, the paper summarizes the main work during the thesis, and gives the direction of future improvement regarding to software testing management based on the agile management model.The purpose of this paper is to consolidate the practical experiences in the project, combine with the excellent idea of agile testing management, conclude and evaluate the performance of software testing management approach and model which applies to the Agile development process.
