Abstract/Summary:
Water, electricity and gas's consumption charging of community's estate management is a time-consuming, strenuous, tedious and dull work. It is also a work of operation amount great and operation accuracy expected much, which influences social and benefits the dispute. In order to realize the long-range wirelessly copying of the water, electricity and gas's consumption of every household in the estate management district and accept it automatically, this article designs a long-range and wirelessly checking meter system based on GSM public network for the common estate management district. The design of this system includes two components mainly, one is the hardware design of the system and the other is the management information system design. The article has introduced the design process of the management information system especially.The main work and innovation of this article are introduced as follows:1. The article provides a kind of hardware design and conceivability of a long-range and wirelessly checking meter system of the common estate management district based on GSM technology. It also provides the way of how to design and use the wireless communication equipment TC35T (GSM communication module) in detail. Through this kind of hardware design, the data are conveyed to the computer through the serial communication by way of short information to check meter long-rangly. And the program of the serial communication is developed in VC++6.0.2. At the foundation of the checking meter management mode of the common estate district, the article provides the design process of the checking meter management information system based on GSM for the common estate district, including the design of systematic function module and database. In respect of the function module design, it follows the current situation of the common estate district, having designed four pieces of main function modules including " basicfile administration subsystem " , " checks meter and management subsystem " , " statistical analysis subsystem " and " system management "; In design of the database, having and following the several important stages strictly —Concept design phase , Logic design phase and Physics design phase. And also introducing the use of the view and storing process in the design of the database which have improved systematic function and the efficiency of developing the system. Through such a design process, the water, electricity and gas check meter management information system have been made to be practicability, commonability, advance, security, characteristic of expansibility.3. The checking meter management information system which is designed ki this article is developed under the .NET technology and ASP.NET frame and coded in C# language which were put out newly by Microsoft. And the data visiting technology is adopted in ADO.NET, the DBMS is adopted in SQL SERVER2000.Throgh this way, a management information system of B/S structure is structured. Moreover, the article provides the detail argumentation of the security of the management information system which is designed under ASP.NET, including the verification based on form and mandate based on roles and the land page design. In addition, in the AD0.NET data visiting technology foundation, the article design a common data visiting class, using which could made the programming in visiting data become more convenient and more swift. In a word, as a try development under .NET developing platform, the development of this management information system can be a good reference to the development of others similar systems.
