For high frequence of output image, it should been much more efficency in all kinds of resources no matter inchip or outchip.so it concern the questions of attempering complex data. The paper describs the thoughtway and the realization of every IP block in FPGA. It concerns the formula of computer image, the controller of RAM, the dispatcher and the calculater and the process of producing the soft IP in detail. At the same time, it pictured the hardware of image convert card.
