"Integrated Services Management System for the Private Automatic Exchange"is processed on the bases of practical needs of Information Center Yellow River Conservancy Commission of Ministry of Water (ICYRCC), it is specialized for the telecommunication department in integrated services and resources management. The Power Builder 7.0 is used as developing tool, while the SQL Server 7.0 is used as a database on backstage. The System adopted a lot of advanced technologies in computer,network and database,it is designed to meet the requirements of ICYRCC in the users'business acceptance,services for users,telephone fee calculation and collection,Internet service fee,query and statistics in report forms and fee collecting policy,breakdown declaration and maintenance,equipment resources etc. This system supplied an unique information platform for the service,declaration,engineering,maintenance and management, and realized the goal of intelligence management for the integrated services on network. The development and use of "Integrated Services Management System for the Private Automatic Exchange"will supply a powerful tool for ICYRCC in management,maintenance and administration, and will also realize the goal of administration of telecommunication resources in a scientific,systematic and standard way. This system help us in many ways, such as in service improvement,lowering the costs of management,increase income and speeding up the service efficiency, it also enhanced the competitive capacity of our enterprise in business. The dissertation summarizes the process of developing the system by way of raising problems,analyzing the problems and finally solve the problems. Fist, beginning with analyzing practical needs, the different business handle circuits are given by the way of investigating and analyzing different needs,management ways and process. Then, according with the requirements of the design, the whole system construction is determined through analyzing the different business handle circuits and selecting main functions. And then, the following work is practical programming,testing and correcting repeatedly. The final thing is to put the system into operation. This dissertation is a developing report for a particular applied item by using of Power Builder. It is favorable to the user to familiar with and handle with the whole system, and is good for the user in using,maintenance and further developing the system later on. The last purpose is to further improve and extent the system according to the uninterrupted business development of our enterprise.
