Research And Design Of The Rating Pre-processing Framework In The Field Of Telecommunication-services

The rapid development of Telecommunication-services greatly facilitates the communication and interconnecting of the people. Increasing requirements to the Telecommunication-services make it more and more massive and intricate. At the same time, Telecommunication operators often require software developers to develop relatively stable billing systems as soon as possible so as to carry out innovative business before rivals. However, traditional software systems and software development patterns, which are hardly to maintain, cannot quickly adaptive to new requirement, waste a great amount of human resources, and so on, cannot well meet the requirement of telecommunication operator.Aiming at satisfying the telecommunication operator's harsh terms of time, function and performance, a general software framework which is independent to concrete business was designed and proposed in this thesis.This framework can serve most of changes of business by simple configuration, and has traits such as maintaining and updating.The author has finished these work in the processe of the design and implementation framework:To begin with, according to the current work and the requirement of business, every details of the new requirement were arranged.What's more, the author determined the core technology which was optimized and integrated in the pretreatment framework, which based on the investigation and study.The third, the new requirement was abstractedly analyzed with the mind of development framework, the ultimate aim of the framework was determined, and the author completed the whole designing project of the framework in the telecom-business. At last, according to the aim, the framework process and the database pattern were designed with proc*c.At the development course, the author originally adopted the method of dynamically create code object, which is directed at the difficulty of every bill has every handle rules.It is efficient and reliable proved in the practices.The Telecommunication-services pre-processing framework proposed in this thesis has already been applied in a practical project. In this project, billing software systems is quickly constructed by configuring parameters based on this framework. Comparing to traditional procedure, response speed to innovative business was greatly improved and a lot of resources and costs were saved in deployment phase.
