Soft Telecom Operators Value-added Business System Design And Development

With the development of society and economy, the telecom value-added serviceshave make a great progress in my country, the number of people who use telecomvalue-added are increasing rapidly, and telecom value-added services had become aimportant profit growth points for telecom operators. with the scale expanding ofcommunication market, the user requirements are more and more diversification andindividuation, the large-scale integrated system will instead the single business systeminevitably, in order to meet new business emerging, the new system should have goodexpansibility.This paper analyzes development status of domestic and internationaltelecommunications value-added business firstly, and analyzes the problems which exitin telecommunications value-added business market, design the telecommunicationsvalue-added business integration system based on J2EE framework in order to enhancemarket competition, the main work of this paper are as follow three aspects:(1) given adetailed analysis for the system global model,ordering relations between businessprocesses, internal communication protocol, third-party interface definition;(2)constituted the basic scheduling strategy in detail with senior scheduling strategy basedon the customer-focused principles for the improvement of the existing schedulingpolicy accordingly, based on AHP design a personalized strategy for advancedscheduling;(3) established the system business logic model, and build systemarchitecture based on EJB and Java EE platform. at last, paper shown the typicalmodule.The telecommunications value-added services integrated system which introducedin this paper have reach the design requirements, and meet needs of the telecomoperators on the value-added business development better. These provide technicalsupport and security for telecom operator building brand value-added services, enhancing the competitiveness of value-added servic es market and creating new profitgrowth point.
