Telecommunication Charge Management System Design And Implementation

This thesis discusses in detail in a set of electrical charge management systembased on the telecommunications sector requirements analysis, design, implementationand testing. Department of telecommunication have more business and the large volumeof business, if you don’t have a set fee system to meet business needs, it will hinder thedevelopment of business. Therefore, the implementation of the system can be on thereality of the work to play a great help.This subject is mainly through to communicate with the telecommunicationsdepartment managers,to understand their requirements to the system function, andcombined with the theory and experience of the domestic and foreign scholarsresearch and development on the electrical charge management system to design anddevelopment.This system uses the main technologies include database and programminglanguage. The database uses the current mainstream database Oracle, and theserver-side programming language is the C#, the client webpage developmentprogramming language is ASP.NET.The main task of process of developing this system is make full communicationwith the user, and analysis of user needs and development the system function moduleaccording to the user needs. The main function modules have four: first: billmanagement, can collect telephone bill and audit; two: user management, can managethe account information; three: telephone number management, can operation andmanagement telephone number; four: system management, can havae a operation aboutsystem.Through constant communication with our customers and debugging code, thefinal result of this thesis is build a uniform, advanced, safe, humane, integratedtelecommunications charges management system software, and complete the summaryreport of development and design.This system through the user trial, reflecting well, the system make greatconvenience to customers day-to-day information input, view, statistics, also facilitatecustomers daily management.
