With the great environment of market releasing gradually and more competition, the strategy points of telecom carriers convert from initial investment, construction to extend the scale to improve customer satisfaction, level of network management and efficiency of network application. Been developing for so many years, the telecom carriers has built large-scale and multiform network, and formed dense coverage in the cities. The network resource management of telecom carriers is becoming the important measure to improve network operating efficiency, provide the capacity of network interconnection, access service and point to point integrated service, carry out the intensive operation of whole network. The informationization of telecommunication network resource is the necessary developing direction of current informationization society, the diversification and the large-scale of the telecommunication network turn to request the network management concentration, the modernized management of telecom operators also bases on network resource management.The frame of AFX Application Server Architecture based on J2EE is proposed in this paper by studying the specifications related to the J2EE platform. And the author explained the important parts of architecture. Meanwhile, the thesis describes the analysis and design of the system's structure and function, Storage Patterns, managed objects and deal of exception. Finally the author provided the implementation method of DOF, CSF, CAF and MAF four important parts of the Telecommunication switch network equipment management system.The design of the subject has realized consulting the latest development of domestic and international BOSS and research results, combine the request of TMN for switch message network. AFX acts as platform bottom support .The three-layer construction of J2EE can separate the business logic from presentation logic and make the client module thin. Therefore, developer can only care of the business logic and needn't spend a lot of energy to develop the system bottom logic. The synthesis of OOAD (Oriented-Object Analyze and Design) method and J2EE design patterns simplifies the development of client software, increases the modules reusability and the system flexibility.In the firmware and software's design, we have used Object-oriented development methods, obeying basic software engineering rules. The design, analyses and implementation is deep and concrete.
