Distributed Mobile Nms Technology Research

With the rapid development pf modern communication network, the management of the mobile network becomes an urgent problem. If the network were built without any management constructions, later jobs to maintain it could be much costly. Thus, the communication network management system becomes very important during the whole process of network building.The main objective of mobile network management is to get the parameters of remote mobile device, and control the devices in a centralized way. By using the mobile network management system, we can adjust the status of the devices and optimize the network in an easier way.This article gives the introduction of the mobile network management system architecture based on the TMN, analyses its framework and architecture, gives a detailed description of how to design and implement such a system, from the very high level subsystems division to the design of each key module.The WCDMA network, one of most important 3G networks, are becoming more and more popular around the world. How to build an efficient management system of the WCDMA network turns to a key point of the network building. A design and implementation of the mobile network management system is given in the end of this article, to present how to develop the Mobile Network Management System in a more practical way.
