Nowadays, most of supervising and controlling systematic equipments in domestic transmitting sites are backward and controlling method is simple, which causes that we can't learn transmitter's working condition and implement necessary measures to improve all kinds of properties of transmitter. This is developed since 1970s, but under the control of computer skills and electronic apparatus we only realize some simple functions such as automatic taking off and on, which can't satisfy the need of supervising and controlling system now. Workmen on duty must work high nervously day and night in turn under the condition of high frequency and high temperature and high noise. They operate and go over machines and read meters again and again. Because of large work intensity, they may operate machine wrongly so as to not be able to show and record equipments working condition timely and correctly. Workmen's skills are not on the same level, they can't judge correctly and remove equipments breakdown so as to prolong the stopping broadcast time. Equiments in foreign transmitting sites have accomplished autocontrol, but equiments in defferent transmitting site differ too. Up to now, there aren't a set of control facilities and software which fit the whole transmitting site syetem, so automation of transmitting site is urgently needed. This paper studies analysis and design methods of soft project, formulates systematic plan which conforms to the need of broadcast transmitting control, devises and realizes that medium wave transmitting site can supervise and control local and long-distance place. If the computer's supervising system in medium wave transmitting launch pad which works every time can be put into use, then we realize a basic change in the management of the transmitter move which relied on workmen in the past but now on computer. This change lightens workmen's work, improves safely broadcasting ratio of transmitting site, strengthens supervision and control on transmitter, reduces breakdown of stopping broadcast and late broadcast because of someone's wrong operation .we can find breakdown condition timely, raise work efficiency, strengthen reliability of transmitting equipment, largely improve transmitting quality of medium wave broadcast and make significant contribution to safe...
