With fast development of Computer and Internet technology, most of large-scale industrial companies start their information reform. As a kind of management tool, Industrial real-time monitor systems become more and more popular in the companies, especially after the appearance of further Web application technology. It can provide managers fresh data with which they can find out problems in the producing course in time. And it plays an important role in improving the quality of productions and making the whole process safer. But there is no standard in the real-time monitor systems until now. When a new system needs to be developed, designing and coding must be repeated. It leads to be not only great waste of resources, but also increasing work of system maintenance. On the purpose of solving these problems mentioned above, the paper summarizes common characteristics of some real-time monitor systems, designs and develops a data service subsystem of the real-time monitor platform which is based on software reusing and system extending. The data service subsystem is constructed by .NET. As a part of the monitor platform, the subsystem devides datas into three kinds which the paper will discusse one by one. And it offers kinds of interfaces which can be used to communicate with other subsystems for different situations. Besides this, the paper also gives some methods for improving system efficiency when quantity of datas is large. The main work of this paper is abstracting the structure of database in the monitor system, and defining a minimal concourse of database operations. It also supplies several kinds of data service which are used very frequently in practice. And now the subsystem has been implied in some chemical companies.
