Real-time Data Collecting Transmitting and Management System for Huayuanreli Heating Company takes actual business needs as the background, resolving how to introduce real-time data of power plant industrial control network to the company internal management network. At the same time it provides related users in heating company with supervision and statistics functions based on real-time data. This system is featured with good universality, high flexibility and strong extendibility. And it could provide effective information for heating company manager, supporting the decision-making of company manager.Overall, the system has three main functions. The first is the collecting and transmitting of real-time data. Second is the receiving and storing of real-time data. The third is a series of management services, such as real-time data monitoring, trend curves, reports, etc., they are based on real-time data and history data in the form of WEB. In the course of system design and implementation, relying on the power plants and heating company’s technical specifications, this system adopts OPC technology for real-time data collection, making use of secure and reliable network technology to carry on real-time data transmission and reception. Relational database is used for the storing of mass data and synchronizing of data. This system uses ASP.NET, AJAX, ChartDirector to implment the Application Management System based on B/S.This thesis focuses on real application. Firstly, the project background, the development purpose and the structure of this thesis are mentioned. Secondly, the architecture of system is described, the security rules and network solution are designed, the functional modules of the system are parted and the feasibility of the system is discussed. Thirdly, the collection, transmission, reception and storage of real-time data and the application management of data are detailed designed and implemented, the key technologies of each module are described. Then, the system deployment and the way to solve the problems encountered during deploying this system are briefly introduced. At last, an objective and all-round conclusion to this system is summarized and the suggestions of further steps are given.
