Quality Education is a new task higher education face to now for culturing high quality professionals. Universities in our country are actively seeking after the educational theory, practice system and evaluation mechanism of Quality Education in order to satisfy the requirement of social development. Evaluation mechanism of Quality Education directly impacts culturing mode of Quality Education, wherefore, a good evaluation mechanism has very importance to construct the Quality Education system. The main goal of this project is to make the system with easy-to-use, nowadays, robust, extensible and secure, capacities based on the requirements of local area and our college. Firstly, the research and design background of System is introduced, and the .NET Framework, .NET Remoting, ADO.NET, ASP.NET and the property of Web Services are summarized in the thesis. Based on this, the design principle & the guideline of constructing and network topology & functional structure of the system are presented. Through a detailed comparison among component models of OMG CORBA, J2EE, and Microsoft.NET, it is concluded that Microsoft.NET is the optimal platform for remoting process. According to requirement analysis and design target of System, the designs of concept structure, logic structure and physical structure of the subsystem's database are explained with emphasis. Finally, architectural design, view design, module design, web services design, system security design are elaborated.
