Usually the step-reservoir consists of some reservoir in a drain area. In each reservoir concludes Monitor and Control System, hydrologic information automatic system and Management Information System. Every system need special workers and calling data each other. Besides, the supervisor department must know the real-time data of these system. So how to manage these system uniformly and share the public data becomes the pivotal problem of the managers and Workers. I have been worked hard at it for long time and propose a step-reservoir distributed system software architecture based on .NET Framework , which solve these problems discussed above. It implement the sealless integration of every reservoir System?In the same time it offer the managers a friendly operation with Web Services technology.In this article firstly I analyze the development , features and architecture of the distributed system, and discuss the main distributed component technology and Web Services technology, propose a plan which implement the sealless integration of these reservoir systems with Web Services technology. In the third chapter discuss the main components, Specifications , principle of Web Services , NET Framework and .NET Remoting. Later the article proposes a distributed system improved model based on .NET Framework and solves the main problems occurred in this system. In the last chapter we implement a step-reservoir distributed system with .NET Framework and distributed system technology.
