This dissertation works base on the research and implementation securitycommunication protocol----SSL/TLS in the embedded system.With theevolution of the application in the embedded system, the embedded systemintergrade with the network combination always becomes a tide. Hence thesecurity of the network communtion as a bottle-neck to the development of theembedded application, it is important to bring about the emdedded nertworksecurity products. SSL/TLS is one of the most populate secure protocol in theInternet, our work's emphases is combine it with the embedded systems andextend it's application to the embedded terminals and the field of wirelesscommunication(through the WAP2.0).In this thesis, at first, we made a logical analysis and a demostration withthe secure capability of the SSL/TLS. Then we give a design and aimplementation of the SSL/TLS base on the embedded computingenvironment. Through the rigorous testment, we achieve a successfulembedded SSL/TLS product. At last, we provide a common network protocoldevelopment model fits embedded environment, it has some referrence valueto the networt protocol development in th embedded system.
