With the development of embedded systems and its applications which are increasingly being used in production and life has become an essential part of it. Embedded devices connected to the Internet has become one of the directions of its development. Its access to the Internet enables embedded devices to the network nodes. Continue to join the network nodes makes the shortage of IPv4 addresses is becoming increasingly severe, IPv6 protocol address of the emergence of not only solve the shortage of IPv4’s other features also made an adjustment and optimization. This thesis is that the embedded network terminal access to IPV6 networks, embedded devices, the choices are 16-bit MSP430F149 as a controller, for 16-bit micro-controller into the industry, control and instrumentation applications such as the main market, its access to IPv6 on the Internet, not only in embedded device applications, but also the development of embedded systems has played a role in promoting.In this paper, by studying the standard TCP/IPv6, based on the characteristics of 16-bit microcontroller MSP430F149 right TCP/TPV6 were cut; the completion of the embedded network terminal in the design and development; and network performance test systems, through the protocol analysis software for data analysis of network traffic, in this process there is no data loss situation, connection speeds can be achieved basically the normal requirements, communication, relatively stable. Confirmation of the embedded network terminal design is feasible.In this paper, the final design of embedded local area network based on IPv6 temperature acquisition system to this design of embedded network terminal at the core; to achieve web-based form of network transmission temperature acquisition and processing. Ipv4 address through a very scarce today, IPv6-based design of embedded network devices for industrial control and data acquisition network has a good application prospect and practical significance.
