Along with wild application of the advanced knitting and dyeing technology in the textile industry, the textile products have enormous improvement in many aspects: exterior quality, intrinstic function,mechinism and shape,output and grade etc. And the same that it promoted great development of the automatic winder.The fourth generation product of Chinese automatic: winder is placed higher level among noadays many countris's automatic winders. The fourth generation have got great improvement and innovation on the basis of the third generation. So it bring more new breakthroughs in many fields: the higher speed, the higher efficiency, the superior quality, the lower consumption, the lower cost, and convinence etc. The paper strivs to introduce the JWG1001 automatic winder which is just one of the fourth generation products. The c ore part of the automatic winder is the computer monitoring systerm , which provides dependable assurance for the automatic winder with the higher speed, the higher efficiency, management and safeguardThe paper try hard to introduce the computer monitoring systerm principle and implementation solution of the WG1001 automatic winder.
