Traditional diesel engine is drived the by engine camshaft, with the aid of high pressureoil pump diesel oil is transmitted to each cylinder fuel chamber. The oil supply mode needchange by the engine speed changes, unable to realize the best fuel delivery in all kinds ofspeed, and to bring environmental problems that cause by exhaust gases. The electroniccontrol diesel engine’s common rail injection system can better solve the problem. Commonrail injection system on the basis of the original oil supply system increased the electroniccontrol unit (ECU) and some line pressure sensor. In working, high pressure oil pump transferfuel to the public for tubing, high-pressure oil pump, pressure sensors and ECU integral loopwork, to achieve precise control to public oil supply intraductal oil pressure, thoroughlychanged the phenomenon that oil pressure change by engine speed change. Due to thecommon rail injection diesel engine has doing the real-time data acquisition and control to theengine all kinds of state variables, so by using modern communication technology and systemwe can read out all kinds of relevant state variables from diesel engine, to display and indiesel generator, diesel engine pump and diesel engine application system to controlapplications. So as to change the traditional diesel engine control mode.This paper lays emphasis on the research of the application of efi engine CANBUScommunications interface, real time observation diesel engine work status and diesel engineimportant parameter monitoring. CANBUS communications protocol use the Americanautomotive engineers association issued SAE J1939protocol that is with CAN bus as thebasis, the CAN2.0B as network core agreement, the ARM kernel STM32series single chipmicrocomputer as the main control chip, to design CANBUS communication interface device.In the laboratory, we use two pieces of development of communication interface device andpersonal computer to set up experimental platform and simulate diesel engine operationinterface, to collect the state parameters that required by the system. On the basis oflaboratory debugging success, wo go to the enterprise diesel engine work site for debuggingand testing, we use the development of plant to simulate system controller, to communicatewith caterpillar diesel engine and collect engine related state data, we compare the data withengine display data to verify the correctness of the interface communication.
