Internet access is spreading across the globe and changing the lives of people all over the world.?It influences the way many individuals work, live, learn, and communicate with one another.?However, the Internet also carries an amount of unsuited contents, which may be harmful for minor or other persons. Unsuited content regulation of the Internet has come to the fore of public debate as an issue that both governments and Net users are concerned about. Despite the controversy on protecting freedom of speech and regulation are going on. Most countries in the world have taken efforts to regulate unsuited contents on Internet accompanying with providing international access to this powerful tool. However, varying national government efforts aimed at restricting unsuited content on the Internet are different.After gives an overview of the issues surrounding the international regulation of unsuited content on the Internet. This paper provides a comparison of unsuited Internet content regulation in the United States, Germany, Singapore, and South Korea.? Describes the political, social, cultural, and legal background of those countries on which the regulation policies produced. Outline thumbnail sketches of the regulatory frameworks. Construes how those countries balance the rights of speech and protecting citizens from unsuited Internet contents. Analyses methods currently being utilized to regulate unsuited Internet contents. Discusses cases concerned in those countries and opinions people reflected. Evaluate the effect of regulatory approaches address the International regulatory concerns.?This evaluation illustrates why there is not one conclusive method in which would adequately address international regulatory challenges.?...
