Research On The Regulatory Issues And Countermeasures Of Internet News Content In China

In recent years,China has made great efforts in the supervision of Internet news content,and achieved remarkable results.The cyberspace has become increasingly clear and the public opinion is getting better and better.The ethos of the Internet has improved than ever before.However,with the arrival of the whole media era,especially Microblogging,We Chat and other emerging instant messaging tools,which make network activities more difficult to control.The network of pornographic information,vulgar content,false rumors,infringement fraud information and other abominable news are diffusing and breeding,which seriously endanger network security and social order,and even lead to cybercrime event.At the same time,the rapid development of mobile Internet result in a high degree of flooding of various types of information.Network communication,diffusion and interaction transcend and break through space-time limit and identity restrictions.The existing means of information supervision can not be fully covered.So this disadvantage leads to the diffusion of network rumors.Regulatory power is easily submerged by massive information.Be lost into a blind spot or dilemma finally.This work analyzes the current situation of supervision of Chinese Internet news content,deep analyzes the problems in the process of supervision,and puts forward four countermeasures to strengthen the supervision of Internet news content: Firstly,improve the system of Internet laws and regulations;Secondly,improve the Internet news content regulatory agencies;Thirdly,improve the Internet law enforcement system;Fourthly,promote the integration of traditional media and new media and traininterdisciplinary compound talents.In short,the continuous development of the supervision of Internet news content requires a strong institutional mechanisms to protect,should also have innovative ways of working and methods,face up to the problems and challenges in the development of the Internet,which can help the Internet news information management departments control trends of the Internet development,and firmly grasp the initiative,in the changeable network environment and innovative technology environment.
