This dissertation introduces the research and the realization of "the off-line machine state monitoring system based on Oracle network database" in detail.The machine state monitoring and diagnosis system is divided into on-line system and off-line system. The on-line monitoring and diagnosis system has many advantages such as real-time, multi-channels and overall-function etc. But it invest oppositely expensive, so it is usually applied to the key equipments which may abrupt breakdown up in process, The off-line monitoring and diagnosis system appears more vivid and cheaper, and has great capacity to face wide of medium and small-scaled equipments examination. The subject involved in this dissertation is to introduce the realization of the system, which can be used to attain the distributed monitoring and concentrated analysis and managing, by dissolving the traditional off-line monitoring technique into the network and the network database. At the same time the system can be assembled flexibly, and can set up the general machine state monitoring and diagnosis network system or the long range net machine state monitoring and diagnosis network system.The system discussed in this dissertation is composed of four parts: network database server, cruise examination workstation software, client analyze software and hand-held vibration data collection instrument. This dissertation introduced the mechanism, design and realization of the ex-three parts in detail.Concretely, this dissertation first briefly introduces the progress and actuality of machine state monitoring area around the world. After this the dissertation present the mission and target of this subject. Based on the software engineering, the dissertation define the problem area of the system later on and then introduce the Design method and key technique of this system.
