| The Development of Internet technology makes the computer software industry bear a huge impact.Traditional software architecture Client / Server model can not satisfy the needs of Internet applications.Therefore,people developed the original two-tier structure Client / S erver into three or more layers.Applications have gradually transformed from the simple way to complicated network applications.However,with the rapid growth of Internet business,traditional technology network systems has increasingly embodied more and more shortcomings to meet the requirements of customers’ demand,especially the efficiency,flexibility and extensibility.Rich client technology is a combination of Internet applications and traditional desktop applications,which could achieve a v ariety of UI effects and deploy applications to the Internet.With the rapid growth of business volume,traditional fixed station management system has became insufficient to the growing number of conflicts and the limited resources of the customer service station.Companies have to offer 24 hours’ customer service,which requires them to use a virtual station to finish the operations management.The traditional workstation system only completes entity mapping management which corresponding to the employees and the fixed station.employees cannot be allocated according to dynamic scheduling and current situation.Therefore,enterprises urgently need the customer service department of the fixed-function workstation system to be further improved and perfected.Main achievements include: virtual station set up,that the fixed seats can be dynamically assigned and adjusted anytime,anywhere,designed features scalable virtual station management system,which allowed users to add and modify dynamic functional modules.Therefore,I start from the foundation part to improve the system architecture,design extensible plug-in mechanism.Extending system function to adapt to the changes in the current business needs,optimizing the original task scheduling and allocating the algorithm etc.The main results of the study:(1)the virtual station system needs analysis and research development framework for the latest Web applications,(2)virtual station system design program,(3)design and development of the virtual work bit system function module.The main innovation of this paper:(1)flexible and extensible 4 layers application structure for virtual station system(2)desktop systems plug-in mechanism combined with the network programming,research-based dynamic Flex plug-in mechanism,(3)designed dual caching mechanism based on MySQL and SQLite for the problem of slow response.At last,the performance test of the performance requirement of the requirement analysis is carried out.And according to the requirement of function module,the system is simulated in the field test.The test results show that the performance and function of the system can meet the needs of practical application,and achieve the desired goal. |
