Power energy has been an indispensable source in today's social,and building an indurative smart grid has been valued as soon as its proposed as nation's important strategic planning.Also,the development of smart grid can not be separated with energy and computer technology,in order to better adapt to the power grid's developing trend,further improve the monitoring data information of the power substation,and further improve the development of power grid on-line monitoring system,this paper proposes a power grid on-line monitoring system adapting the social development.Based on the theory of software engineering design and development,the monitoring platform of power grid is developed by using MVC framework,Browser-Server development model,Oracle relational database model and JSF web component user interface.This system can realize power data's collecting,monitoring,inquiring and analyzing,realize various parameters' management and accurately control,realize statistics and analysis of power line loss,monitoring and management of power users.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This part shows the overall functional demand,nature demand,availability and fault tolerance demand,and communication interface demand of the power grid monitoring system Through the deeping research of the previous power monitoring system at home and abroad combined with the users' demand.Functional demand includes data collection,file management,terminal parameter management,data query,power line loss analysis and operation monitoring,etc.In addition,the system not only need meet the given nature demand,but also to need meet the ability to correct wrong behaviors according to the calibration standard and the database information function.(2)This part shows the function design of the grid monitoring system in detail on the basis of demand analysis,including the file management function,data query function,terminal parameter management function and power line loss analysis function,and gives the sequence diagrams of different functions of data adding,data deleting,data modifying,and data query;In addition,this part gives the E-R diagrams of the main database Tab.s,and also shows the design process and idea of each function model through the description of the preliminary data collection,terminal data communication,protocol analysis and data storage processing process,which lays a solid foundation for the later research.(3)On the basis of the above research,the specific software program development of each functional module of the system is carried out,and the program flow chart of each functional module,some functional codes and the main interface of each module are given,and the functional tests are completed.The test results show that they are qualified.
