Improve Research And The Environment Of The Xp Process Model To Achieve

As an important means for improving software productivity and software quality, software process management has been accepted widely in the recent twenty years.In this article, we introduce some conception of software process and some process models at first. Then, Becase XP depends on the ability of human being too much and ignores software process, we make some improvement on the process model of XP.Base of these,we create a new process model which is named XPPro. XPPro bases on the main frame of XP. It refers to some advantage of RUP and CMM, improves the core practice, process control and process flow of XP. In this article, we describe the frame and flow of XPPro in particular, and then show the advantage of XPPro by comparing with XP.At the last part of this article, we introduce an initial system of process management named XPProManager which is useful for XPPro. XPProManager bases on the initial system named Softev, it overcomes some defects of Softev for filing with XPPro. In the end,we display the main frame of XPProManager and then describe its main function in particular.
