Highway Project Cost Management Information System In The Web Environment Optimization

The paper firstly analyzed the developmental actuality of HCCMIS, according to the changes of interior environment and exterior environment, summarize the problems consisting in the system. On the basis of above, the paper approached ameliorative objective determination of system, and brought forward the necessity of developed HCCMIS in Web environment, then described and designed the whole structure and the modules' function of system. Afterwards, the paper brought forward the Object-Oriented Analysis methods for the sake of acquiring cost information, and optimized input content of cost information. Then, based on the research aiming at the constitute system of cost documents, the paper acquired cost information standardization systems. Accordingly, it achieved the structure optimization of highway construction cost information database. In the end, according to the optimization methods and optimization technology mentioned above, the paper used the restructure of Guangdong Highway Construction Cost Management Information Systems as an illustrative instance.
