The Research On Key Technology Oriented Dynamic Environment For Military Affairs Information Management System

In this thesis, we emphasis our research on how to improve the development efficiency of military affairs information system, and then offer a sort of development method which can help to develop military affairs information system accurately, agilely and efficiently.Firstly, according to all related literature and documents domestic and overseas, we analyze the development theory, research actuality and existing problem of military affairs information of the theater of operations under dynamic environment. Based on the current research achievements, the thesis analyzes the reason of military affairs information dynamic developing and the relationship between military affairs information system development technology and military affairs information dynamic developing, using military informatics, software engineering and object-oriented methodology. And then concludes that the military affairs information management system must guarantee the accurate organization, management, integration, conversion and control of military affairs information.Therefore, the thesis gives the implementation process, key technology and integration method of military affairs information of the theater of operations. Then advance an exchange standard from datasheet attribute information which related to system function module data requirement to design and development system component. the thesis construct a integrated organization and management method for military affairs information, and designed management model and military affairs importance evaluate model and maintenance grade model and card management technology of military affairs information. In order to fulfill developing task, the thesis constructs a system application component design and development method based on data attribute, and sets up a system component aggregation and system application component development platform.In the end, based on a concrete implementation of the military affairs information management system, the thesis investigates the application of development method and system application component development platform. According to the result, the method hereby can satisfy the requirement of military affairs information system development under dynamic environment.
